ELIGIBILITY:
• Artists over 18 years of age.
• Entries accepted from Bucks, Burlington, Camden, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery, New Castle, Philadelphia & Salem counties

MEDIA ACCEPTED:
Artist books, drawing, photography, and prints.

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS:                                                                                                          A maximum of five images may be submitted per artist. Full information must be submitted on entry form.

Digital images should be RGB, sized between 1200 and 1800 pixels on the longer dimension. Save as JPG high quality.

Name the files as <lastnamefirstinitial-image#.jpg>. Example, for John Adams’ first image:
adamsj-image1.jpg.

Images must be sent on disk: label CD or DVD with your full name. CDs or DVDs will not be returned without return postage and return envelope.

Selected artists must provide a CV/Artists statement.

DELIVERY AND RETURN OF WORK:
Work must be hand delivered to the Print & Picture Collection by the agreed date. Accepted work will remain on display for the duration of the exhibition. Arrangements will be made to pick-up artwork after each exhibit during Print and Picture Collection department hours, Monday through Friday 9am-5pm.
