ELIGIBILITY:
• Artists over 18 years of age.
• Entries accepted from Bucks, Burlington, Camden, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery, New Castle, Philadelphia & Salem counties

MEDIA ACCEPTED:
Artist books, drawing, photography, and prints.

EXHIBITION CALENDER:
March 1st / Deadline for application
March 10th / Notification that we need to view art work in person
March 19th/ Notification of accepted artwork and exhibition date selection
April 23 – April 27th / Installation of first show
April 30th — June 30th / Duration of the first show
August 20th – August 24th / Installation of second show
August 27th – October 27th / Duration of second show
October 30th -- November 2nd / Installation of third show
November 5th – December 30th / Duration of third show

An opening reception will be held for each show during the Parkway Central Library’s hours of operation.

HOURS OF OPERATION:
Monday through Thursday 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Friday 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Saturday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

LIMITATIONS:
All 2D work must be framed with secure hanging devices ready to install, except for book arts. The Friends of the Print & Picture Collection reserve the right to reject work that differs from submitted images.

FEES:
There is a non-refundable fee of $25.00, which includes a year’s membership to the Friends of the Print & Picture Collection. Current Friends of PIX should send a $10 submission fee. Checks should be made payable to Free Library of Philadelphia Foundation. Credit card payment is available. Membership is required for submission eligibility.

TERMS: All sumbissions are in a digital format, see entry guidelines. All sales of artwork handled by the artist.

PURCHASE PRIZE:
The Print & Picture Collection will purchase a work of art from each artist selected to exhibit, to value of $400.

Large SSH case ONLY available for 2 of the 3 exhibitions (Large SSH case at the top of the main stairs 70” wide x 44 “ tall x 27 “ deep Possibility of 1 clear plexi shelf installed )
